Robert T. Babbitt
President
Transit Experience:
32 years - General manager of two transit systems and specialist experience in land use/transit planning, financial planning and analyses, procurement, capital acquisitions, budget development and labor-management relations.
John P. Bartosiewicz
Executive Vice President, Managing Director
Transit Experience:
34 years - All phases of transit system management, operation, and administration. Specialist experience in labor-management relations, commuter rail planning construction and operations, wage incentive programs, and management improvement studies.
Stephen A. Keiper

Transit Experience:
36 years - Management or executive oversight of more than 100 public transit systems. Specialist experience in new system implementation, budgeting and financial management, delivery of cost-effective contracted transportation services, and labor management relations.
Kenneth R. Fischer

31 years - Twenty-one as transit system general manager. Managed system named best in North America by APTA in 1993. Specialist experience in transportation planning, labor negotiations, contracted services, tourist/special event operations, and facility construction.

33 years - Nineteen years as transit system general manager. Managed system named best in North America by APTA in 1992. Specialist experience in facility planning and construction, Federal and State legislation, alternative funding, grant application, FTA regulatory compliance, and campus/special event services.

Transit Experience:
32 years - General manager of three transit systems, and head of schedule department for 150-bus system. Managed system named best in North America by APTA in 1991. Specialist experience in route and schedule planning, comprehensive operational analyses, National Transit Database reporting, and fleet maintenance (including alternative fuels).
Kevin Kane

Transit and Marketing Experience:
30 Years - Current General Manager for Victor Valley Transit Authority (VVTA). The administration and operations oversight of a multi-jurisdictional contract agency, includes service to 1,000,000 riders per year. Specialist experience in marketing, public relations, paratransit operations, service development, conflict resolution, strategic planning, customer service, fixed-route operations, consensus building, and personnel management.

28 years - Financial reporting, treasury functions, and all areas of corporate record keeping including accounting, payroll, and tax reporting.
