The McDonald Transit Team is a group of highly skilled, experienced professionals with expertise in all areas of public transportation. From our resident general managers to the corporate staff, the team has a long record of success in exceeding our customer’s expectations with creative, innovative and cost effective solutions. The United States team is supported by a worldwide network of professionals from the RATP Dev Group. Every member of the team has “hands-on” experience in industry challenges. Expertise can be brought to bear on any conceivable public transportation issue, from the best way to provide flex service in a low density setting to operation of a billion dollar multi-modal transportation network. This expertise, combined with an absolute commitment to our founding principles of honesty, integrity, innovation and superior customer service, offers our clients a truly unique blend of services. Blaine Rigler, President

With over 25 years of experience in leadership and operations management roles, Mr. Rigler’s expertise encompasses sales and marketing leadership, international business, operations, and technology systems innovation. Prior to McDonald Transit, Rigler served as Sr. VP-Global Solutions at Iron Mountain Inc., an S&P 500 company employing almost 17,000 professionals in over 1,000 facilities across 36 countries.

 

 
 

John P. Bartosiewicz, Executive Vice President

Forty years of experience inall phases of transit system management, operation, administration. Twenty-five (25) years as a General Manager. Specialization in organizational development, consensus building, public outreach, labor negotiations, regional transit planning, commuter rail planning construction and operations, wage incentive programs, and management improvement studies. Winner of the American Public Transportation Association Outstanding Public Transportation Manager in North America.

Scott Neeley, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Neeley is a 24-year veteran of the public and private transportation industries. Previously serving as Chief Executive Officer for the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority and Executive Vice President for the Denton County Transportation Authority, he now leads the business development efforts for McDonald Transit and RATP Dev.  
 

Kenneth R. Fischer, Senior Vice President, East Region Operations

Thirty-seven years of transit experience. Twenty-five (25) years as a general manager of two transit systems. Managed system named best managed system in North America by American Public Transportation Association. Specialization is in transportation planning, labor negotiations, contracted services, tourist/special event operations, and facility construction.

Peter Greenberg, Senior Vice President, Western Region Operations

Mr. Greenberg has more than 37 years of experience in senior management positions at complex transit, corporate, academic and governmental organizations. He has been General Manager of large bus systems in New York City, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. He has also worked in transit advertising and municipal and academic administration. Mr. Greenberg holds masters degrees in Management (New York University) and in Public Affairs (University of Texas).  
 

Patty Fritz, Vice President, Human Resources

Patty brings 25 years of multi-unit and cross-industry HR leadership experience from distribution and manufacturing to service and retail. She drives excellence in service delivery for McDonald Transit and RATP Dev through strong business relationships built on trust, integrity, and respect.  
 

Fred Crosley, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Treasurer

Extensive experience in GAAP, SEC and IFRS reporting, mass transit financial reporting, state and federal grants, strategic planning, and operating and capital budgeting.  

 

 

Timothy A. Lett, Senior Vice President Technical Services

Forty years experience in transit. General Manager of three transit systems. Managed system named best in North America by American Public Transportation Association. Specialization is in route and schedule planning, comprehensive operational analyses, and National Transit Database, assembly line inspection, and fleet maintenance (including alternative fuels.)

Two professionals from the RATP Dev Group work on a regular basis with the McDonald Transit Team in the United States. They are:
Catherine Chardon, Chief Executive Officer – RATP Dev America
Catherine Chardon has more than 20 years of experience in the transit industry.  Ms. Chardon joined RATP in the Human Resource Department and worked both in the field and at the corporate level.  For the last six years, she has served as deputy director for RATP Dev France/Switzerland Business Unit.  She now serves as deputy chief executive officer for RATP Dev America.  She has also served as a Board Member of RATP Group Foundation for the last three years.  Mrs. Chardon holds advanced degrees from Paris Descartes University (DESS), Nottingham University (MS), and from INSEAD (ARP).

 

Laurence Batlle, Director – RATP Dev
Laurence Batlle is a member of RATP Dev Board of Directors.  Mrs.  Batlle has been contributing to the very strong expansion of RATP Dev since late 2007, making significant contributions to the organization of finance, legal and IT and to the company as a whole as RATP Dev chief financial officer.  Before joining RATP Dev, she worked for Atos Origin as vice president of global finance support for two years and for PricewaterhouseCoopers as associate from 1993 to 2005.  Mrs.  Batlle graduated from the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School and has a Masters in Finance from Institut Comercial de Nancy.
